A Journey Through Inner Soulstice

Through my collection A Journey Through Inner Soulstice, I explore emotional transformation, from confusion to clarity, and from restriction to freedom. As a designer, I love telling stories through clothing, using each garment as a visual language to express inner change and growth. Inspired by the song Soulstice by Pato Shoucair, the collection follows a journey of self-discovery, with each look symbolising a stage of emotional evolution.

Guided by the process of draping, I allow the fabric to move intuitively, shaping form and feeling together. My work is grounded in the value of Kaitiakitanga, the idea of guardianship and understanding one’s place in the world. This collection embodies Kaitiakitanga through the process of knowing and reconnecting with myself, finding balance, and honouring my own inner journey. For me, fashion is a way to tell stories, capture emotion, and explore who we are beneath the surface.
