Southland Football Internship

Sports has always been a big part of my life, and as a creative, I always imagined my work would revolve around sports design. Getting the opportunity to pursue this passion at Southland Football was a dream internship where I was responsible for developing a brand and identity that breathed new life into the organisation and significantly enhanced its public engagement, which is something they have been missing.

Working in a fast-paced environment suited my style perfectly, as I produced social media and marketing materials while also managing all photography. To support this, I built my own asset library from photos I captured throughout the season, giving the organisation a strong, authentic visual foundation. During my time with Southland Football, I realised I’d found my space, and I am very happy to continue my work there next year.
