‘Antics’ Tramping Club Journal

What makes me come alive is working with the people who I connect with and sharing the same values. It gives me a sense of purpose that goes beyond just design. Being a part of a local Tramping Club gave me the spark and opportunity to be the editorial designer for their yearly journal. ‘Antics’ is a collection of stories, photos, recipes and games written by members of the club.

Bringing knowledge carried over from the United States where I have been previously studying, I dove deep into what it takes to lead a small team and complete a major project. The challenge was to create a set of visuals that reflected the personality within the club while establishing a graphic standard, and creating an effective workflow. I’m eager to carry the skills I learned over into the real world and continue to constantly adapt to the nuances in the business.
