Graduate Diploma in Design (Product)- Adventures in CAD
I have long been inspired by the fantasy genre, and the results of this year’s learning complements my background in costume design. My goal for this year was to diversify my skills by learning to use 3D modelling software. I focused on Solidworks and 3DSmax, as well as dabbling in Blender and Unreal Engine 4. I designed and 3D printed several prop weapons using Solidworks. I look forward to further developing my 3D skills in the future. It was frustrating a lot of the time, but fun.
