I am an illustrator and game designer, in which I specialise in creating cute and whimsical works that tell stories. My work is influenced by the carefree imagination that comes from children’s book illustrations. I think that sparking joy is the essence of my work and so I want to make people happy and have a smile on their face. My latest work, ‘Bea the Kea’s Colours’, is the culmination of a children’s book style that I have been developing during my time studying Communication Design. ‘Bea the Kea’s Colours’ is both a children’s book and an interactive fiction game that tells a humbling tale of Bea’s journey in gaining back her colours from the storm that washed them away.
